Cancellation Policy
In the event that you want to cancel a booking, written notice must be received no less than one month prior to your scheduled arrival date.
All monies received will be refunded, less an administration fee (10% of the total tariff)
If less than one month notice is given, all monies received will be forfeited.
No refunds will be given unless it is Snow Guarantee related.
WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND TAKING OUT TRAVEL INSURANCE IN THE EVENT OF A CANCELLATION.
Linen
All linen including towelling is supplied at properties managed by AHR.
Check In / Out Times
IN – Check in time is 4.oopm.
If possible – you can guarantee a earlier check in by making an additional payment – contact the office for further details.
OUT – Strictly10am.
A guaranteed later check out time may be possible by making an additional payment – contact the office for further details.
Luggage Storage
Mt Buller along with most of our properties do not provide an area prior to or post your stay for luggage storage.
Any luggage left unattended is at the sole responsibility of the guest.
Parking
During winter, there is no guest parking at the accommodation for properties located on Mt Buller.
You will be directed by the parking staff once you enter the resort.
